Our Client :
SJH Engineering P.C.  with presence in New York , New Jersey and Pennsylvania, it’s a firm that provides specialized consulting engineering services including analysis, design, inspection and construction management for projects of varying complexities. Certified MBE/ DBE/ SBE/ 8(a) firm has offered a wide range of services in the transportation, institutional/ industrial/ commercial and civil engineering disciplines  to it’s various clients, including public agencies  as New York City Department of Transportation and other private entities.
SJH Engineering, P.C., has experienced steady growth and currently employs more than thirty five (35) highly qualified and dedicated personnel.
 
Their Challenges :
SJH Engineering P.C. have their own and temporal construction workers and supervisors in every office branches, workers salary is structured by the record of total amount of hours worked by day in different projects. Workers submitted this data by written to their projects supervisors who had to approve working time, then transcript this information to excel sheets and send by email to Accountant for payroll purposes.  Branches Supervisors faced a tough job trying to approve illegible worker records causing longer periods of approval, while Accountant was blocked to do his job entering manually this information into the Payroll Software, missing information was a frequent problem.
 
Our solution :

Orange Technolab developed for SJH Engineering P.C. an online application for reporting time by employees of SJH Engineering group of companies and keeping track of time and salary/wages paid for various jobs and projects and generating various reports from the data. Also Support for group policies and permissions for various functions.

Security of data with different login access on permitted computers.
Handle expense, invoice and other detail of projects as per budget of project is decided.
Forms to be design with an idea for minimum input required by users.
Time sheet and expense cycle handle online by different user like employee ,superior , payroll admin, HR, account admin as per given permission.
Export data to an excel spread sheet and print reports to a printer or in PDF format, SJH can also import this data into their current Payroll Software.
 
(2) Jet Promotion Corporation
 
Our Client :
Jet Promotion Corporation established in 1985, is a company holding with vast experience in the Textile & Garment industry having its Head Office located in Taiwan and Branch offices and factory in China, Bangladesh and Egypt. It’s a WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production) Certified firm with important clients around the world as: Adidas, Reebok, Wall-Mart, DKNY, Disney. Their strength is based in 3 areas: a team of highly qualified and experienced personnel and workforce of minimum of 10 years working experience, application of streamline workflow throughout the supply chain and a committed Management Team.
 
Their Challenges :
Jet Promotion Corporation Egypt factory branch employs 2000 workers, HR department was facing several  problems in terms of Payroll process,  salary generation task was done manually which was able to errors, high risk of data manipulation and was creating delay in salary process. In addition to this HR department was unable to track employee moment.  
 
Our solution :

Orange Technolab ran an extensive study of Jet Promotion Co’s requirements and labor policy then suggested the implementation of Orange HRMS & Payroll desktop version plus 2 fingerprint time attendance devices. Our solution was entirely customized to Egypt’s labor and tax legislation offering language support in English and Arabic.  Jet Promotion Co’s HR department, now have an automatic Payroll tool that reduces salary process and avoid manipulation risk.
